Indie Founders is a program operated by Flornt Group Pty Limited (ABN 82 693 279 604), trading as Flornt Studio, based in Surry Hills, Sydney NSW. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you interact with this website or enrol in the Indie Founders program.
We take privacy seriously. This program is designed for agents who haven't yet announced their plans publicly, and we treat everything you share with us accordingly.

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, a third-party payment platform. We do not collect, store, or handle your credit card or banking details directly. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. You can review it at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
If you join the waitlist or submit an application, you'll receive emails from us relating to Indie Founders. We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to manage email communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
Inside the program, we operate on a first-names-only basis. Cameras are off during sessions. Session recordings are made available only to enrolled participants for personal replay. Recordings are not shared publicly or with third parties.
What's discussed in sessions stays in the room. We ask all participants to respect the same standard.
Your data is stored securely using reputable third-party platforms (including Kit and Lemon Squeezy). We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we use current best practices to keep your data safe.
We retain your information for as long as it's needed to deliver the program and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
