These terms govern your use of this website and your participation in the Indie Founders program, operated by Flornt Group Pty Limited (ABN 82 693 279 604), trading as Flornt Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this site or enrolling in the program, you agree to these terms.
Indie Founders is a 90-day group coaching program delivered via Zoom. It runs in cohorts of up to 50 participants. The program consists of 12 live sessions led by Peter Hutton, supplemented by workbook materials posted to participants and access to an alumni community on completion.
Program details including session dates, format, and inclusions are as described on this website at the time of enrolment. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the program structure, delivery format, or schedule where necessary, and will communicate any material changes to enrolled participants promptly.
Your place in a cohort is confirmed on receipt of your first payment. Two payment options are available:
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. GST applies to all purchases made by Australian residents. Prices are listed in Australian dollars.
Your enrolment is personal to you. It cannot be transferred to another person.
We offer a full refund if you cancel before the program start date. Once the program has commenced, the following applies:
If we cancel a cohort for any reason, you'll receive a full refund of all amounts paid. We reserve the right to postpone a cohort start date by up to 30 days without triggering a refund obligation, but will notify you as early as possible if this occurs.
These terms do not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
All sessions are recorded. If you miss a session, you'll receive a replay link by email within 24 hours. We don't offer refunds or credits for missed sessions. It's your responsibility to keep up with the program content and workbook materials.
All program content, including session recordings, workbook materials, AI prompts, and curriculum frameworks, is owned by Flornt Group Pty Limited. You may use it for your own personal development and business building. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any program materials to third parties without our written permission.
The binder and workbook materials you complete during the program are yours to keep. The underlying frameworks and templates remain our intellectual property.
Sessions are conducted with cameras off and on a first-names-only basis. Sessions are recorded for the personal use of enrolled participants only. You may not share, publish, or distribute session recordings. By participating, you consent to being recorded for this purpose.
We ask all participants to treat what's discussed in sessions as confidential. This is a program for agents who are often still employed elsewhere, and discretion matters.
We expect all participants to engage respectfully with other members and with the program facilitators. We reserve the right to remove a participant from the program without refund if their conduct is disruptive, harmful, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the program.
The program provides education, frameworks, and guided implementation support. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes. Your results will depend on your own effort, circumstances, market conditions, and decisions. Nothing in this program constitutes financial, legal, or licensing advice. Always seek qualified professional advice for matters specific to your situation.

Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, warranty, or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be at indiefounders.au/terms. For enrolled participants, the terms in place at the time of your enrolment govern your participation.
